Sourced from the Wildberry Farms vineyard, this is our first release of Cabernet Franc. The 2025 vintage has delivered a stunning example of the variety, so much so that we have decided to put put it under the MONS label.
Deep Ruby colour, the intensely fragrant and perfumed aromas of black cherry, raspberry and violet prevail. Subtle graphite, black liquorice and pepper complete a complex and deeply fragrant bouquet.
The palate is soft, rich and full of dark chocolate, red berry and dark cherry flavours. A ripe thread of soft and melting tannins ensures a long and satisfyingly rich and fragrant expression of this wonderful variety.
